Simply I-rresistible

How does that poem go?

“Mike and Suzie sitting in a tree,
First comes love,
Then comes marriage,
Then comes a baby in a baby carriage.”
Yes, the simply irresistible I’s have been busy at HBS in the Lurrrve department. In the recent whirlwind of holidays, FIVE engagements have been announced. Among them, include Best Male in a Start-Up Role, Jamie Schneiderman; Best Supporting Doctor, Tracey Batten; Best Cross-Section Lover, JP Emelie-Marcos; Best Career Services Rep, Leslie Crutchfield; and Best Engagement-Mugging Weekend Story, Stephanie Goettle. Runners-up include Andy Hopkins, Justin Serrano, Bernie McNamara, Iris Li, Sean Burke, and yours truly. Don’t be too disappointed folks, there’s always next year (and a month or two left this term).
So from the day we set foot into Aldrich 108, the current score now stands at:
9 Engaged
7 Newlyweds
13 Old Marrieds
Can you name those sectionmates in each bucket? I had to cheat and go through the section list on (Navvvrooozzz)! Anyways, figuring it out should kill some time during class.

Now then, not only have people collected a diamond or two, floating off to the chapel, there are also naughty da-das and ma-mas amongst our amorous brethren. It has indeed been a busy time at HBS. The newest addition to the clan is baby Tess Elizabeth Bratkovich, tumbling out after 22 hours of labor, weighing in at 7 lbs, 3 oz, and measuring 19 inches. The Oscar definitely goes to Suz for this one! Yet stay tuned because there are more to come-the Smiths and the Boulenguiez (so I hear) are expecting.
