In a game that went straight to the buzzer, two clutch free throws by Clark Gilbert put the DOCS ahead of NB 47-46 to seal a win. The game was close all the way as NB fought hard with strong boards and accuracy from the field. The DOCS kept it close with pinpoint shooting and aggressive drives. The game almost went to the bad guys after an unnamed DOCS player missed the front end of a 1-and-1 with just under four seconds to go. Immediately following, NB managed to get the ball all the way down court but missed a layup just after time ran out. This marks a significant victory as the DOCS team notches its second win of the season. The DOCs are convinced that they can make a strong run and at the end of the season and secure a playoff spot.
