The former President of South Africa and 1993 Noble Peace Prize winner, F.W. De Klerk, spoke at the Kennedy School of Government, on Wednesday, February 7th. In a spirited speech, De Klerk emphasized the necessity for sharing political power and recognizing the collective rights of minority groups as the foremonst challange to peace and stability of any nation.
