OB defeated the docs and chalked up its first victory after having gone 0-7 last year. Oh how sweet the “W” felt. Colin McCafferty led the team for a second week in a row scoring over 20 points supported by a strong cast of characters including Tyler Mayfield with a strong inside game, Chris Heinz with his picturesque post moves, and Dave Eisen bombing it from beyond the line. OB is new, improved, and a playoff force to reckon with. The PhDs did consider hanging up the high tops and sticking with the books, but after seeing OB’s turnaround, they figure anything is possible.
